What is happiness?
It is hard to find a definite definition.
To me, happiness is found when I fully concentrate on something worth trying, or spend the time with people that I love.
How to create the happy feelings? How to keep the feelings?
Here are my plans:
1. Set up specific goals to achieve. Manage time properly and efficiently.
2. Exercise - How about joining the ING Fun Run activity?
3. Meditation - Should learn more about this fantastic art
