Uneasy, but try to change

Today my little boss said something to me in private.
I am sure his meanings are very good, or he would not dare to talk about such a topic, but still I am a little upset for his words. Did he tell the truth that I hardly thought of?

Then I remembered a good saying: Stay foolish, stay hungry.

CONCLUSION:
I really should thank him very much.
I will try to improve what he pointed out, and be more careful and skillful to manage my relationship with people.

How to coach people is really an art. Surly my little boss is a good coach. I wonder how I can coach my team.
