My New Goal

I want to execute my plans in the following order:

1. Do the urgent and important things.
2. Do the unimportant but urgent things.
3. Do the not-so-urgent but important things.
4. Do the not-so-urgent and unimportant things.

The above look like a twister, which is simpler to be shown in a matrix.
