Even being angry is harmful both physically and mentally, from which I could find some truth about life:
1. I am the only person having the right to make my life happier or sadder.
It depends on how I view my life and how I compare it with other people's.
2. Do not hold on things (or people) too tight. Should learn when to relax and let go.
3. When people are angry, they are only 3-year-old. ~From my cousin Judy
