QBQ: Question Behind the Question

There's an educational book called "QBQ: Question Behind the Question". Recently I have read part of it, and there are two points that I want to remember and apply to my life.

1. Do not ask negative questions starting with "why".

E.g. Why I have to do more work than others?
When asking such questions, you just see the situation as a problem hard to handle, and you are the victim. This attitude can become the biggest mistake in our life. Try to ask more constructive questions starting with "how" or "what".

E.g. How can I improve this situation?

2. Reaction is an option decided by you and me.

You have little idea about what will happen, but you are the most powerful person to control yourself and the whole situation.

3. To be contitued...

Maybe someday I can write down all my philosophy in a book like that. :)
